So this is the third day.
I woke up at 4:00 a.m. I stretched and exercised before I drunk a cup of coffee.
By the way, I used waist trimmer plate (I am not sure if that’s the right term because if you ask someone at Tobys or other sports store, they will give you different names of this device). For 15 minutes, I twist my body with the help of this tool.
For just 15 minutes, I sweated a lot. I tried crunches exercise, and I struggled a lot. Unlike before, I can make 3 sets of this exercise, but this morning, I felt the struggle in the first set. This means, I really need to lose my weight. I did not eat breakfast again because I feel full.
I left our house at 6:10 a. m., then I arrived in the bus station at 6:20 a.m. There’s a manong selling ham and cheese bread. I bought one piece since I am a bit hungry. The bread is delicious. But, I did not crave for more.
